I don't know whether you are suggesting that E is then undervalued because ENTREC trades at a higher multiple or that the two should combine, but neither is a good idea and neither isn't the case.

ENTREC trades where it does based on the value of the equipment that they have. Their capital expenditures dwarf those of E because cranes and heavy haul trailers/tractors cost a lot. That said, ENTREC's cranes will still be lifting vessels for years after a Hart light tower gets busted.

You can't and shouldn't compare the two as they are not similar in any fashion.
