RE:Metrics for Latest Dispositionon the fence to slightyly positive with this one.

For me the positives are that it shows they have a plan and that they are executing it,

the sale price was just ok, not great. I didn't like the fact they spun out properties with an 18% decline rate, in a major core area, that were cheap to drill and put on production.

I would give them a " B- "

Like one of the previous posters I would really like to see a slightly larger sale that raises funds for an ARN takeout.
