RE:Xme news usually comes put at 4pmOne time they released news on a Sunday night. I think Stephen just releases the news ASAP when it is available. This helps avoid any insider info leaking. I have notices that the last couple came out just after trading, but others have come out mid-day as well.

No real rhyme or reason other than wanting to release them right away in my opinion.
