Mr. Chan is the chairman of the board of Network Media Group and brings 30 years of public and private market experience to Mira. He graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1979 with a bachelor of arts degree and was a founding partner of the brokerage firm Golden Capital. He has previously served on the board of the Vancouver Stock Exchange. In 2005, he joined the Calgary-based private equity firm, Clarity Capital Partners, which invested privately in oil and gas, minerals, and agri-business ventures.
