RE:A few things on the legal issues, new assets...Awesome post again easy, you would have my vote on the new CVI management team. I can see that Ed would in a flash turn down a bid at $2.45, he responded with the poison pill when DNO had their take over bid at $2.30, $2.45 now with much less shares (approx. 16 M less shares) is in fact less than the turned down deal. I am also under the same opinion of nofool that we will get a Christmas gift this summer from the ASC and finally he will need to step away from CVI. This will be the best thing that could happen to this company.
