I would question why you thought buying at 8cents was a "really smart investment" ?
All you had to do was read a few messages on this board, or look at the price history of PEM of the last few years.
ANyway, like others that have repsonded to you , the price was way way way higher when I thought I was making a smart investment here, and I dont expect to recover even half of my losses.
