RE:quite a drop today

RE:quite a drop today

I think the price drops like a rock.  The HBM takeover offer is the only thing holding this leaking boat afloat.  As of today the chances of successfully permitting this are at best 50/50  (The Corps of Engineers all but hinted they will deny the permit) and the EPA is standing in the wings waiting to exercise their veto.  Even if AZC gets by the very hostile Obama administration there are a plethora of lawsuits waiting in the wings that will tie this up for years.  If HBM had any brains they would let nature take its course and pick up whats left of AZC for cents on the dollar.
