Analysts forced to raise price targets and then ultimately upgrade. Just not that smart, rather they get dragged into taking a second look and changing their positions way to late. You would think they would be smart enough to see the positive fundamental shift earlier. But you still need to pay attention to what they say, as investors still follow their lead regardless of their lack of performance.
