RE:Bond Valuation and Company Moral

There are soo many architectural/ engineering firms in NYC that are enjoying demand for design service EXCEPT IBI NYC. There is no reason for this except for the fact of 'inaction' on behalf of IBI upper management to properlty 'monitize' the aquisition of the NYC office from 2009. LITTLE to NOTHING was done post aquisition up until 10 months ago. Did anyone hear a ball drop? I do! Hence the collapse in the share price.
