Nanostruck Will Be Starting To Ramp-Up Operations

Nanostruck Will Be Starting To Ramp-Up OperationsNanostruck will be starting to ramp up operations in the coming months. They'll most likely need to do a financing first, but then they will be well cashed to aggressively pursue opportunities...

potandgold provides impressive metrics on the Nanomet side of business. Tierra Nuevo Mining's Noche Buena holds a volume of approx. 450,000 - 500,000 tons of tailings, let's assume a modest 3 grams per tonne recovery rate, that's still about 45,000oz (on the low end for the site, and only based on recovering gold). I also believe that management is in discussions with other miners who are sending samples in for analysis. This division, in my opinion, will generate the most revenue long-term if the company can lock down its proprietary technology.

I'm also very excited about a couple of projects, in particular, that Nanostruck is pursuing in its NanoPure division:

1) Right now Nanostruck is currently in advanced discussions with one of the world's largest beverage producers, Bacardi, and is 1 of 2 companies selected as finalists to build a new Wastewater Management Solution to remove effluent from Rum distillation. This is a massive opportunity for Nanostruck, of which they are there by their own merit and have been selected by Bacardi along with the world's largest water treatment company, Veolia, to compete for the contract. If successful, not only will the contract with Bacardi generate millions in revenue, but it will act as a reference for other distillers looking to remove the effluent in their systems. They have already been in discussions with tequilla producers in Mexico, and could also look closer to home with companies such as Molson's.

2) NanoStruck is in the process of partnering with the Government of Ontario via Buttcon Limited to treat and recycle water used to clean public transit buses; a larger version of a commonly used car wash. The pressure washing of buses overloads their current septic system, which is not equipped to effectively treat the wash water effluent. The effluent contains toxic levels of various chemicals, such as, hydrocarbons, oils and grease that are affecting the proper functioning of the septic system andcausing it to overflow with the toxic water into the surrounding soil. If Nanostruck can successfully fulfill the need for the Go Bus project, then it becomes a credible reference site for NanoStruck to win similar contracts to treat water with the Toronto Transit Commissions, Canada’s national train service Via Rail Canada, York Region Transit, Brampton Transit, etc.

Lastly, the NanoClear division of the company. It won't bring in as much revenue as the other divisions, but it still has lots of growth opportunity as there is a pressing need in the developing world for low-cost, efficient, and improved sanitation systems. Partnering with Nano Africa and NWS will allow the company to pursue this compelling opportunity without devoting much of their own resources to do so. If successful in South Africa, that will act as a reference for the rest of the developing world.

Now, all that's left is for Nanostruck to prove itself. Over the coming months I expect to see good news flow and the new management team delivering results. Let's wait and see.

Good luck to all.
