The Company also manufactures expansion tanks, commercial solar water heating systems, swimming pool and spa heaters, related products and parts. Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

Amazes me that the BOD

Want to line their pockets before the company has done anything production wise.It;s very clear what these guys are all about,very clear.Don't worry this is just the start of the options train.They'll claim it's what is required to keep good people,B.S..Cash cow is what I call it.New vote anyone.
