Sadly, it appears it's too cheap to sell and too expensive to buy. lol Current shareholders don't have much incentive to sell at these rates, but don't feel any confidence to buy more. Non-shareholders don't have much incentive to jump in. I'm sure they fear it could go bankrupt. This company is in dire need of some good news. They haven't even updated information on their website.
