Favourable terms for El Tejon.

To me, the payments being spread out over a 5 year period are very good for Big North as it gives them some room to breathe. Yes,it will cost money to get it online [a lot of infrastructure already in place] but production and sales will be key. The world needs graphite, lots of graphite. Don't forget about Tesla. In my humble opinion, Big North has put itself in a fantastic position. When the time is right investors will be scrambling to get on board. Anyway, good luck to all.
