You are probably right.This is their intention .That's why Bihn Vue is leaving .I'm sure the rest of the board hit the roof when he said there could be a dividend.Greed begets greed and we know there is no shortage of greed on this BOD.How du ya like the greenies now everyone.These Namibian plays will never happen ,and I mean never ,they are just a black hole of payments and kick backs that will line the pockets of a few.IMO
