RE:ConfusedI believe that it's an OK decision. I do believe that THR wanted all the play back. But it seems that the arbitrator is ruling in THR favor in the interpretation of what THR said was the original agreement; with time lines attached from here on out. So this could still be years away from any monies for THR. But I guess in this market it may take years anyway. 

Drilling results were good  for the new holes but it dosen't bring very much of the inferred into the indicated as I was hoping for. Need more drilling now for that to happen.

What I'm wondering is why RAB didn't make their own NR on the play. All they done is repeated what THR reported. I guess THR and RAB must be meeting to decide where to go from here. I know that THR is the operator but from now on RAB has a say, before thay were constrained by what CGP had agreed to. It took 3 plus months to drill those few holes, we need more drills on the ground or for RAB to some in-house numbers for THR to look at and see what is the best for shareholders.  AIMO  Cheers
