He received a lot of support from the crowd when he stressed the importance of supporting the Ring of Fire exploration project in the James Bay lowlands of Northern Ontario.
Fedeli said at one time there were 250 people working at the site and now there are eight.
“We need a transportation route and this is where the ONTC would come in. The ONTC could be the economic engine that will ignite the spark that is needed in the project.”
