RE:RE:RE:RE:Can SomeoneOne-by-one Hawkeye…
The share price got ahead of itself in hindsight. EPS was very strong and showing Q/Q growth until the recent large M&As with lots of one-time costs and restructuring fees. Andrew can’t sell anything to investors that isn’t the case, we have good regulators here in Canada for that. And he didn’t “pull the wool” over the eyes of multiple institutional brokers who forked over $15-million of their own cash in bought deals.
When I say “we’re on track” I’m referring to the company, and since I’m a shareholder and investor of the company I feel a part of it. I would hope that everyone feels like way about the companies they invest in. You can still be shrewd, but if you don’t think you’re a part of a good team (management) then why are you investing? If you’re getting short, well, have no emotional attachment.
Yes, I have met Andrew. I’m a long-time shareholder of Loyalist. He’s actually very approachable and in my opinion, the right person to get the job done. I wouldn’t have invested my money if I didn’t think so. Lots of companies on the VSE have excellent products and compelling stories, but the management team is a complete failure and can’t take the company to the next level. In my assessment, Andrew can and will accomplish what he has set out to do. Least to say, I’m betting on it.
I like micro managing, it ensures that things get done specifically how I want them accomplished. Some people, such as yourself, clearly don’t feel this way. I guess Loyalist just wasn’t the right fit for your personality. Maybe you just don’t know how to take orders from those above you in the corporate hierarchy. Consolidation is not about independence, it’s about compliance and streamlining the company. It doesn’t sound like you’re a very good team player.
Boldness is great while you have a job. In hindsight, though it’s a different story when the pay cheques aren’t coming in. Am I right?
