AbNormAl your assessment is likely reasonable and hopefully we continue to see a downward trend in these costs. Unless I am missing something my numbers are different than what Bean and Done has reported. Here is what I took off the posted financials for total professional fees: 2011 - $366,576 on revenues of $11,496,272 (3.2%) 2012 - $210,149 on revenues of $14,951,509 (1.4%) 2013 - $359,417 on revenues of $17,572,593 (2.0%) 2014 - $31,295 on revenues of $5,330,559 (0.6%) It would appear from this analysis that the Company is moving in the right direction compared to 2011. In spite of all of the new activity in the last 2 years the trend is downward based on the size of the Company. Let's hope we continue to see this trend continue although I agree there would appear there could be costs around setting up expansion into the west.
