RE:RE:RE:RE:FinancialsThe $1.5M I think you are looking at is the "work commitment", not the capital expenditure budget.

The capital expeditures for remaining 2014 are :

"The Company is pursuing a strategy of focusing on its high impact Colombian exploration blocks, with 
emphasis on the CPO‐5 Block. This will include the execution of the previously outlined drilling and testing 
program in the CPO‐5 Block, the acquisition of over 400 km2
 of 3D seismic in the northwestern region of 
the CPO‐5 Block, and the initiation of a seismic acquisition program in the La Maye Block through a 
remaining budget of approximately $15.8 million for the remainder of the 2014 year"

Their working capital is:
" As at March 31, 2014, the Company 
had working capital of $15.9 million"

Pretty tight fit.
