Also, are these meetings really going to take place or are they also a hold over from when they were actully going to be exhibitors? If you back up a screen from that meeting list, you can see that these are all with exhibitors.

Now, I am thinking that is all this is. They dropped them from the booth floorplan but likely forgot to drop them from this list.
