PipelineI'm glad to hear one of the pipelines was repaired. Something I found puzzling is the "cease fire" to allow it to be repaired, indicating that warring factions wanted the pipeline repaired. My thoughts prior were that the government wanted the pipelines fixed while the rebels/tribes want them blown up.
