4 Keys...Despite maybe even worse results from last Q:

1. Are they producing 550-590boed currently and is that expected to be consistent for future not withstanding natural declines?

2. Are they proceeding with warrants re-pricing or has this delay meant we are NOT applying?

3. Are they restructuring favorably their LOC? 

4. When do we drill at Kerrobert and results?
