Takeover

TakeoverGood morning Rock,

I sure hope that you are wrong on a takeover. I was just on Stockchase.com and look at Jim Huang's comments in February 2011. The stock was trading at $1.16 then  and I think Jim's reference was about the debenture holder when he said " Prospective takeover target but the price will have to go up a bit more before they would be willing to sell."

So I am assuming one of the big debt holder is J.C. Anderson.... pure speculation from my part though. Regardless who owns the debt, the debt holders took tremendous risks in Dec 2010($50M) and June 2011($46M) hence a nice 7plus percent return. So common sense tells me we need to give a great big thank you to the debt holders and the Share price need to be over the $2.00 range by the time January 2016 comes through, in order for the debt holder to be rewarded with a nice bonus for the risk they took.

So again this is pure speculations from my part but no takeover below $1.55 and i speculate that AXL's team is now working dilligently at getting the value above the $1.55 per share before January 2016.

As always your input is always appreciated.

Regards,

Fearlessgg
