Nickel Creek Platinum Corp. is a Canada-based mining exploration and development company. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration and evaluation of nickel and platinum group metals (PGM) mineral properties in North America. Its flagship asset is its 100%-owned nickel-copper PGM project, located in the Yukon Territory, Canada (Nickel Shaw Project). The project is in the southwest of Canada's Yukon Territory, approximately 317 kilometers (km) northwest (NW) of the capital, Whitehorse. The Nickel Shaw Project is a large undeveloped nickel sulphide project, with a unique mix of metals including copper, cobalt and platinum group metals. The Nickel Shaw Project has access to infrastructure, located three hours west of Whitehorse via the paved Alaska Highway, which further offers year-round access to deep-sea shipping ports in southern Alaska. The Company also maintains environmental baseline activities, considers optimization alternatives and seeks other opportunities.

In a follow up on my last post, I have included the price history of the last PEA that was released on June 18, 2012. Whereas some longtermers might recall, the news that followed was a total fiasco. In brief, a highly dilutive finance package was announced on June 21. On June 25, Mr. John Lee was named interim CEO, revised financing terms and investors were like deer in the headlights wandering what the heck was/is going on. Hence, the stock price was never able to put in a run, never got good press thereafter and imo, has yet to regain investor confidence despite new management and no more PCY/Mr. Lee.

It is difficult to say how the market will respond to the new and pending Update stock price wise. I for one, however, will have a lot more confidence in these updated numbers and approach to the numbers. Hence, maybe the market will as well.
