RE:RE:WHAT ARE CANADIAN REGULATIONS?Well, if that's the case, Canada's reputation as a con-artists dream home is well deserved. "Fleecing the lamb" continues unabated after the frauds of BRE-X, Windfall, New Cinch Uranium, Newfields Minerals.
Now Nordex can be added to the list with management taking care of itself rather than the interest of shareholders.
What confidence can I have that they will not do it again? Issuing shares at a discount to the market to selected parties?
Perhaps, Mr. Loosegoose you can answer a question posted here before. If they needed the money why they did not do it the proper way, with existing shareholders given rights to buy, say 2 shares of Nordex for every one they owned? That would be fair at any price they decided to do the issue.
I also agree with the statement that intelectually you lost your argument. And even if no laws were broken the management practice of issuing cheap shares to their friends is immoral and not in the best interest of the corporation and its shareholders.
I will likely pass on investing in this company because of the bad management currently in place. Special thank you to the people who warned me about the rats on this ship.
