Lanesborough REIT announces collection of mortgage loans receivable

WINNIPEG, June 2, 2014 /CNW/ - Lanesborough Real Estate Investment Trust ("LREIT") (TSX: LRT.UN) today announced that it has received repayment of two mortgage loans receivable with a combined balance of approximately $9.1 million. The proceeds have been used to reduce the outstanding balance of the revolving loan from 2668921 Manitoba Ltd. to $4.4 million.
