buyout

buyoutwhat I understand is that Wally is working on selling the everything in Mexico. That is good with me but I also understand that Wally want to put the funds in to the Canadian property. That I do not like at all because there will be a lot of work to get the property going and that takes a lot of money today to do. And Wally has proven that he does not have the contacts for raising large funds. So if he does this we will be in the same place as we are now but 4 years later. I say sell the property in Mexico and slit the funds up with all share holders. We invested in the deal that was first offered to us and if you sell the deal we should get paid. We did not invest in this deal so you could jump all over buying properties and try to get them going. I would take the pay out from the sale of the Mexico property in NAA and V.R. This does not make Wally a bad guy it just did not work out that life and that the risk we all have taken.
