BonTerraMania?

I wonder if shareholders of BonTerra feel the mania? Check out their board to see their view on the CEO of BTR and NX.
It appears to me that the current private placement (which is set 29% lower than current share price) will be going straight toward paying off the Syndicate to keep their 25% cut of the moose pasture (800-1400 CPS, zzzzz). Noka had to pony up $1 MILLION per year for that 25% cut!!! Wow.

This company is "going to zero with a bullet" as O'Leary would say.
