In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

RE:RE:RE:what is going to happen next ?

Chevron has 3 blocks around us. And is ahead of Exxon in its exploration program. What is most likely happening right now is negotiation between Exxon and Chevron over Block 13 and how it will be explored and developed. It is more likely that Exxon and Chevron and working out some sort of deal, if the oil is commercially viable. I won't speculate about what that looks like, but it will have a positive impact on sp for us.
