RE:any opinionsWhere and when were those comments made...........................???????   Might  those comments indicate funding issues?  And/or maintaining a co-ordinated delivery of various project components:  electrical, rail, port, equipment etc.  I just hope it is not funding, which I fear it is............................I have felt this way for awhile. Last year they were suppose to have their second off-take agreement.  Hasn't showed up yet. ?????????
