RE:RE:News Release June 2, 2014

RE:RE:News Release June 2, 2014Your guess is as good as mine.  It seems odd that the stock isn't trading---there might be something else going on???   Who knows!   According to the press release the final hearing is scheduled for June 5, 2014.

The transactions contemplated by the Arrangement  Agreement and Plan of Arrangement, as amended, remain subject to, among other things, approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and approval of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Following closing of the transaction, the common shares of the Company are expected to be voluntarily de-listed  from the TSX Venture Exchange and the Company is expected to cease to be a reporting issuer in British Co lumbia and Alberta. The hearing of the application for the Final Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia with respect to the Plan of Arrangement is scheduled to be held on June 5, 2014 at 9:45 a.m. (Vancouver time) at the Courthouse at 800 Smithe Street, Vancouver, B.C.
