Nelson Tanure last week suffered a heavy defeat in the STJ .

Unanimously, the Supreme Court rejected the appeal of Tanure which sought to detach the succession of a debt of 1 billion dollars of the former Journal of the Brazil , contracted before he rent the JB .

So determined is the attachment of the actions that have Tanure TIM , valued at 800 million dollars.
