RE:RE:Organic GrowthAnd to further that notion, I did write IR regarding these rumours of shut-downs and if any of their schools did not qualify under ESL regulations as they become phased in.  In short the gentleman, who responded that day I might add, was at a bit of a loss as to what I was talking about.

And to further clarify, schools could be phased out (shut down) in order to get more students into less buildings adding focus and synergies to the efforts of creating revenue streams via student housing.  

The housing would only be effective, and marketable if it were near the school.  While price is always a factor, being close to your class often holds more weight.  

So reduce the number of buildings/schools...focus your population there in the housing.   Whats the problem?
