solid news release

solid news release
I dont think it matters if virtutone goes up a few pennies or down a few pennies.

the negatives:

lots of cheap stock was issued that is either now free trading or soon to be off restriction

micro caps have had a large pull back

we are in the traditionally seasonally weak period.

generally this is when larger portfolios and funds will start to pick away at a company and build a position.

the positives :

sales continue to rocket. Seriously, Rocket.

margins are either holding or still improving

cash flow is accruing to the bottom line - which means they can grow the company faster and/or grow the balance sheet

the newsletter and TV promoters have taken a bit of a break - when they come back to report and/or report on something substantial there will be a sgnificant move and a lot more volume. It has happened every other time..

the agoracom interview had a teaser in it - "I would really like to provide a news release" or something to that effect. Which I would assume has something to do with either 1) a debt financing or 2) an arrangement that would allow them to pursue more growth opportunities. Which sounds a lot like a debt financing.

If they can pull off a debt financing, the existing platform can take a lot of growth with minimal cost increases. The way they turnaround sales and invoices debt at almost any market interest rate would be accretive. Everyone loves the scalability.

we still have some smoke and mirrors regarding SMS messaging which are supposed to boost margins dramatically.

For now I will keep chipping away....
