Amazing, innit? BGM put the boots to Pretium on both the TSX volume front (PVG only traded 34,600 shares) and in price (PVG shed six cents).

New Gold, too, will be hanging its head in shame: 405,700 shares traded and NGD on the ropes, shedding 18 cents.

You figure that PVG and NGD shareholders are flocking over to BGM?

Unfortunately, LG (which holds 1,039,623 BGM shares which it values at 74 cents per share as of January 31, 2014...even though the closing price on that date was 58 cents: an overvaluation on the Sedar-filed financials of $166,400) shed 33.3 per cent today, down to two cents on volume. It's last PP was back in May, 2013, at five cents.

The BBoS must be sharting his paper gold spreadsheets around, probably in Europe... they love a good story over there and many there love the TSXv, at least for a while.

Maybe we'll be hearing some news on the resource estimate update front. I'm sure that BGM wants to get that done and finished asapp so they can then downsize any left over geos off the payroll. Gotta save $$s for the long winter months coming when there won't be any production happening...best case would have production for the year wrapping up in fall as all yearly quotes could be hit by then. So, a geo laid off now means an essential IR person can say the winter... tough reality of real world mining, eh....
