A question to Oullins...
He had good post today (once again) at IV: https://www.investorvillage.com/smbd.asp?mb=12706&mn=10870&pt=msg&mid=13884228
He also wrote: "If we are at that level (25%) it would put $18M back in the cash balance for a dilution of 0.33%"
To me is still seems like 3,3% dillution instead of 0.33%
Calculation: 18 000 000 $ / 1.5 PPS = 12 000 000$
Now 356 600 000 oustanding shares ... 12 000 000 / 356 600 000 = 0.033 ~ 3,3%
I hope my caclulation to be wrong though... Can anyone help me to understand?
