Gear does not over promise production and then under deliver. No blind siding investors with production shortfalls and excuses. Their BOD operates above board and honestly.They don't stumble on the operational side, they state what they are going to do. They take a dominant position at Maidstone and Wildmere and don't take half hearted, weak entries in their core areas. They deliver results. The RE guys made heavy oil work with solid netbacks. Now they are performing like RRX and making there Viking ligt oil play work. Why can some operators get 7 X's cash flow trading multiples? Because they execute!
