Do yourself a favour. Take the cash/share + voucher value/share and tell me what that gets you. You'll soon realize the current share price is already reflecting a premium for "forward looking" potential.

There's people like you who haven't done the math and are sitting there complaining why it isn't worth 10 bucks when it's really worth 5.
