RE:RE:Don't worry....be happyI don't disagree with a lot of what fcabrese says except the 2nd presumption. You presume the claim is for $50 million, unless the numbers are fraudulent. I understand what you are saying, but that isn't the problem. The numbers do not have to be fraudulent to be rejected. For example, if AOS put in items in their claim that the government says they would have incurred no matter what - and that could include management fees, or salaries, or overhead costs. That can be a grey area. And much of the costs that were submitted were expenses incurred with the old board, which was replaced for spending too much. So we are talking out of both sides of our mouths if we say the old board spent too much, but then we want the government to make restitution of what they spent.
I think we have a real concern, as shareholders, about what the government will approve. So I agree there is a claim, and it will get processed. I disagree that we can use $50 million as our starting point.
