Players / shorts placing large ask lots are now skitterish as they now can be taken out by a single institutional buy transaction . Result is thinner stock volumes available to buy ... So every time big boys want to buy good position should cause 5 to 10 cent run up in price to fill order .. So we are on the way to $3 SP and beyond ...
I think the analysts following Lucara Diamonds will be adjusting SP target prices shortly ... They are conservative ...... but they don't want to lose their professional credibility
