News going up to at leaset 7,5 cents ECUADOR GOLD ANNOUNCES EXERCISE OF WARRANTS
Aura International Services Ltd. has completed the exercise of 8,333,333 share purchase warrants and acquired 8,333,333 common shares of Ecuador Gold and Copper Corp. in consideration of paying the company a total of $625,000 (U.S.). The warrants were issued pursuant to private placements, which closed on Aug. 23, 2013, and Sept. 23, 2013, and were exercisable at a price of 7.5 cents. Aura previously exercised an aggregate of 29,999,998 share purchase warrants of the company in consideration of paying the company $2,375,000 (U.S.), as further described in the company's news releases filed on SEDAR.
Aura now holds a total of 128,063,587 common shares of the company, representing approximately 54 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of the company on an undiluted basis.
