RE:RE:attempts to talk the stock down will be futile
I was telling people about MCR two years ago when it was 50 cents, and it went to $7. Now it traded for quite a long time at 50 cents even though it had a ridiculously low P/E multiple. Why ? Investor apathy, lack of awareness, no analyst coverage. It had nothing to do with how good or bad management was or is. Eventually NWX will be taken over because the laws of economics dictate that a company that is grossly undervalued will be taken over at a higher level. Ask yourself .. " How much would I pay for a private company that has $20 million in cash, no debt and a royalty stream of $12-16 million a year that is expected to double within 2 years ? " The market would easily pay $150 million for such a private company now. It's the law of economics. How ethical or unethical management is doesn't enter into the picture. People can all be replaced. A takeover would replace current management. All that matters is the law of economics.
