RE:RE:RE:Stop borrowing.Come on GIbby, this is the real world  and I just express my thoughts.
Mart owns 15 percent of the line, they are going along for the ride, line loses drop 10 percent when the goverment steps in. 
Then they are backed up that month at the terminal cause they don't have a tanker?
Wonder why? But two tankers leave empty.....
Hmm..
