Chu Chua alone worth over 50 cents a share
forgot to add that I've been digging in lately to the economics behind the Chu Chua project. I originally bought NWX two years ago because it had a nice cash balance and the 50% interest in the Chu Chua project which I considered at that time to be an outstanding copper project. I was quite happy when NWX bought the other 50% so it now owns the entire project. It's outstanding for a few reasons. It's a very high grade copper deposit. According to the resource estimate disclosed in June 2012, the deposit is 2,506,000 tonnes grading 2.0% copper (using a 1% cutoff) for a contained copper of 112.9 million pounds. Using the high cutoff makes the estimate very conservative. Because the deposit is near surface and the road, power and water infrastructure is close (there are also several operating copper mines in the area already), it makes me believe that at the current price of copper of over $3.00 a pound, the company will recognize a profit of at least $1.00 per pound and probably higher if you factor in the zinc, silver and gold credits. The ore could maybe be just trucked to another mill in the area. There is potential for a much larger deposit to be defined but I'm ignoring that for now. A profit of over $100 million looks attainable. The present value of such a profit is probably over 50 cents a share. My apologies. I'm off on a tangent again. Sorry people. If you want to sell your stock to me, please do so. Have a good weekend suckers.
