RE:RE:Chu Chua alone worth over 50 cents a share
lookin2retire, if you re-read my previous posts, I have been consistent in predicting that the royalty will at least double within the next two years, and probably triple. The change in the royalty is not a big deal because they are preparing to tie in a lot of production (successfully drilled exploration wells). A lot of investors are focusing on PEL 91 but they are forgetting the huge reserves of natural gas that are ready to come online thanks to the smart move to bring Santos into the deal. I expect a big increase in total reserves to be reported for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014, a lot more than current production. The statement I made regarding ore being trucked to another mill in the area is not just pie in the sky thinking. The Chu Chua deposit is located close to Kamloops. Also close to Kamloops is one of the largest copper mines in the world - Highland Valley. Also, under development close to Kamloops is the copper/gold mine for New Gold (NGD). Yet another mine in development in the area is the Harper Creek deposit by Yellowhead Mining (YMI). Yet another milling option - the existing mill of Huldra Silver (HDA) which may be bought by Ximen Mining (XIM). --- all these milling options are close enough to make trucking ore a viable option. A competent management team would evaluate these possible alternatives to constructing a fully operation mill at the Chu Chua site - it may not be necessary given where they are situated. Good to know that you are a sane investor.
