You are exactly the pigeon type investor that TBE seeks. Someone who is brainless and can't articulate or understand that the share price has cratered from $3 to its present $1.87. The TBE BOD's can't seem to get this issue in gear. They can't transition fast enough from being a low cost vertically centric heavy driller to a more medium grade focused horizontal driller. In their infinite wisdom they are just figuring that out. Others smelled this trend out years ago. Hence TBE is perceived as a laughingstock or a firm ripe for a takeout on the cheap.Can't be profitable in a $100 + WTI market. They keep blowing opportunities, losing production and hiring or promoting incompetent op's personal. Don't get your hopes up. Expect the worse: a share price drop, declining production and a probable dividend slash. They can't execute all they do is stumble. Always an excuse, always changing directions, focus areas and future plans. The PWT hires have done nothing so far. If you like being misled welcome aboard. By the way activist investors are not welcome. You will get a chorus line of self promoting dorks or nasty skinheads blasting away using multiple aliases.
