You been in the markets Dpoc how long. HOW LONG? 7YRS in Transgaming alone you said?? and you don't know what painting the tape means...in a nutshell its an artifical orchestrated 
close engineered in the last few trades of the day-thus painting the tape...tape going back to the old days when it was a ticker tape that one watched their stocks daily price machinations-and tom foolery was more rampant and undetectable vs today.
For the rest of the explanation Dominic just punch what does painting the tape mean into google and your complete answer can be found.

IMO the volume here as of late has been to low to attract that type of professional interest.
