Short History

Must say I am very surprised that the short postion only dropped by a little over 100k shares in the last 2 weeks of June.

Maybe they are not as smart as I thought or there are more complex trading strategies going on that I do not understand - that is short one position and go long another and somehow manage your risk?? It seemed like a no-brainer to me to cover in the 5's yet many continued to hold their position. Others might see this as evidence that the company is at risk of going lower?

In any event, you would think if the price continues to rise many would be "forced" to cover their position providing additional support to the stock.
