Rules and News...

Rules and News...There is a regulation in the tsx if a rumor is circulatng that is reflected in trading they are obligated by the exchange to do a news release.
Being they said they were not moving forward with icd's and the application was to not move ahead till the fall, that there appears to be work ongoing from the pictures. I would think they would have to do a news release to address it as contrary to their last news release material changes appear to be occuring.

I understand company emplyees rad these boards so lets hope they discuss this with their lawyers and likely see they now have an obligation. Hush hush is important but the pics seem to indicate the opposite of what news to the shareolders said. Not looking good for the hush hush approach they are trying to have
IMHO
