Short Term Down Trend on the Venture and some musing

Short Term Down Trend on the Venture and some musingBroken down trend on the venture, interesting, I think most people would have expected a lowe target for June, but the summer doldrums are just beggining.  The best part about that is that with a firmer bottom to the venture the "returning" money of July and August will get less for it's dollar.  That in turn will indicate that the weak minded sellers who are getting rid of positions at 15 year lows in the market are finally exhausted.   My guess, and that's all it is, is that once these final capitulators have thrown away their last shares , the people left holding with have iron will, and no interest in selling so far under the true value of these projects.
As the impacts of massive cutbacks in mine building, mineral exploration, and the rapidly increasing world economy(Japanese GDP grew 6.9% last quarter!) come together, the short sighted herd mentality of throwing the baby out with the bathwater will change to a little panicky buying of good projects when there are so few in the pipeline.
In the meantime, in the words of Mick Jagger, "time is on my side, yes it is, yes it is".
